[protege-owl] Loading Ontology into Jess Rules Engine

See JessTab documentation http://www.ida.liu.se/~her/JessTab/JessTab.pdf 
on how to import your ontology into JessTab. The Jess rules you write in 
JessTab will not interact with SWRL rules, as Martin said.
