[protege-owl] defclass troubles with Jess engine

The problem is that, since Protege build 500, the names of OWL classes 
are URIs "http://www...."

You have to write

(defclass TestPerson (is-a http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl#Thing))

instead of (defclass TestPerson (is-a owl:Thing))
