[protege-owl] Class incompatibility between Protege 3.4.1 binary release and 3.4.1 SVN?

Hi Timothy,

thanks a lot for verifying the issue. At least, I know the problem is
somewhere hidden in my set-up. Seems I have to dig a bit deeper into the
details :( since the RMI registry does not seem to be the problem....
