I will be very thankful if some one kindly send me some source/tutorial for exporting owl to a triple store.

Basically, you save the file as rdf/xml and then load it in to a
triple store. We (Neurocommons) use Virtuoso. You can get our
distribution and tools at
http://neurocommons.org/page/RDF_distribution
