[protege-owl] SWRL Backward Chaining

Semantically, SWRL rules are axioms and SWRL has no notion of inference 
methods such as forward or backward chaining.

However, implementations of SWRL could use either strategy when 
performing inference. As Samson mentioned, the Jess implementation 
implements forward chaining only.
