[protege-owl] While importing OWLs with unions, protege 3 produces invalid owl files.

Hi Peter,

I'm glad it works. Protege 3.4 has a completely new OWL parser that 
deals with this case much better. Protege 3.4 beta 130 and previous 
versions still used the old parser.

In any case, if your project allows it, I recommend to use Protege 4.
