[protege-owl] Still cannot execute tbox query even after importing Tbox ontology

The wiki us currently out of sync with the code. Look at the tbox.owl in 
the OWL plugins directory for a list of supported built-ins and their names.

We will be having a release shortly with much more consistent naming for 
these built-ins and I will also update the wiki.
