Protege 4.1 supports reading and writing from several different OWL 2
formats including RDF/XML, OWL/XML, OWL Functional Syntax, Manchester
OWL Syntax, OBO Syntax, KRSS2 Syntax and Turtle. It can also write out
latex if you are writing a paper.
