[protege-owl] Can I use build workflow in OWL

What I want to know is that if the owls editor is not working anymore with
the new version of protege, is there any APIs we can query directly? Say, we
have a BPEL Workflow designer, can we query the ontology using the protege
API?

Thanks for pointing that out.

Cheers,
