[protege-owl] SWRL and DB alignment question

I'm just learning SWRL. I'm wondering what a SWRL rule would look like that aligns two tables on a KEY field.

Example from the Working Ontologist book:
-Table1 has a data property called Model_No
-Table2 also has a data property called Model_No

I want the SWRL rule to infer that individuals are the same when their Model_No property values are equal.

Model_No data property can only be defined as Functional, not Inverse Functional since the Model_No property is a data property and not an object property.

Thanks
