No.

Annotation properties apply only to the object that they are  
annotating.  For example, one possible annotation property would be  
"createdOn" with the date and time that the class was created.  If you  
then created a subclass, you would want to have a separate "createdOn"  
annotation and not inherit the one of your superclass.  That is the  
type of thing annotation properties are designed to support.   
Annotations that apply precisely to the object annotated.
