[protege-owl] Connection Protege-API to MySQL Database

Hello,

i've created an Ontology with Protege 3.44 and I use the Protege-API to
access and run SWRL rules.
In Jena it is possible to connect to database and create or load the data.
Is it possible with Protege-API, too?

Or is there any Mapping functionality to load or write Instances from/to a
relational database?

Best regards
